Candidates must hold, or be near completion, a PhD or equivalent in real estate, finance, economics or a related field; and have demonstrated superior accomplishments consistent with their level of experience and requested rank, including scholarly research, teaching ability, promise of future contributions, and effective interaction with faculty colleagues, students and external constituents. What We Can Offer Pending funding approval, the salary range for an assistant professor is $230,000-$245,000 and for an associate professor the range is $255,000-$280,000.
