Research Managers or aspiring Research Managers with a passion for healthcareDo you take pride in making a difference? Do you want to be part of a global market research team delivering scientifically-grounded, powerful insights to pharmaceutical and healthcare clients? Do you want your progression, growth and reward to be a priority?

How about joining a dynamic, award-winning and passionate team of research experts?

At HRW, we are market research practitioners in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and device and diagnostics space, with a wealth of experience in a wide range of therapy areas, ranging from asthma to zoster and everything in between. We are a recognised thought leader in this industry and love to present, publish and discuss the latest innovative developments to help us 'access reality'- our continuous quest to get beneath the surface and truly understand people's behaviour and the decisions they make at a deeper level.

Founded in 2001, we now have 4 client service hubs in Wallingford (near Oxford - UK), London (UK), Basel (Switzerland) and New York (USA). Whichever office you choose, you will find a friendly, chatty and welcoming bunch of people - all on a mission to make sure that working life is time both well spent and enjoyed. We encourage inter-location working, visitations and secondments to further strengthen our team and to keep learning from each other.

We recognise the contribution of team members of all levels and will ensure you have exposure to a wide range of research situations, clients and directors, accompanied by the right training to support your growth in this industry. On joining, you will have a structured induction programme and training plan, which you will review with your line manager on a regular basis.

As a Research Manager, you will primarily be responsible for managing profitable projects and delighting our clients. You will be involved in all stages of the project cycle from research design, questionnaire and discussion guide creation, fieldwork, analysing and interpreting final data to crafting and delivering impactful client presentations. Everyone at HRW works on both qualitative and quantitative projects and we are happy to provide training to help fill gaps if needed for the right candidate. There's also opportunities to get involved in proposal writing, line management, buddying, mentoring, self-sponsored research and conference papers, as well as other company-wide initiatives.
