Job Summary

We are seeking a Research Associate/ Sr Research Associate in Analytics and Formulations. This individual will develop and run analytical assays. They will also screen formulations and conduct stability studies. The Research Associate/Sr Research Associate will report to Scientist, Analytics and Formulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and qualify analytical assays for AOCs such as SEC, HIC, RP-HPLC, anion exchange chromatography, CE-SDS and icIEF
  • Conduct formulation screening and stability studies for AOCs
  • Support release testing and generation of COAs for GLP studies
  • Design experiments, accurately follow SOPs, analyze data
  • Maintain good documentation in electronic notebook
  • Draft SOPs for analytical methods
  • Present data in team meetings
  • Work with vendors for maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical instruments in the lab
  • Manage inventory of laboratory consumables and samples

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or pharmaceutical sciences with 0-3 years of industrial experience
  • Experience with a variety of analytical techniques including SEC, RP-HPLC, CE-SDS, and icIEF is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
