Nature and Scope of Job
Work with stakeholders to determine the short term and longer term IT support needs.
Will support lab and manufacturing system integration and daily operations.
Be the single point of contact for system harmonization and consistent architecture.
Support the data and analytics needs.
Responsible for the change and deviation management of applications.
Provides solutions to the business, leveraging their technical expertise and understanding of the architecture (what is and what is not possible).
Propose new technical standards for applications as they evolve, and develops migration plans to the future technology architecture.
Working knowledge of multiple technologies, develops specifications and designs complex or highly technical systems.
Plans, prioritizes and manages multiple tasks within required performance standards, while demonstrating the highest level of accuracy.
Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Enterprise and client IT.
Will work with global IT to resolve Database and network performance issues and mitigate any risks to the applications because of such issues.
Should be available 24X7 for any business critical issues that impact manufacturing or clinical lots which are connected to issues with automated equipment.
Develops IQ/OQ as needed
Education & Certification Requirements
University certificate or degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
