YOUR ROLE
- Color formulas development and optimization for waterbase coatings
- Intensive development in color technology area
- Scientific work with measurements technology and color investigation
- Color library and pigments management
- Market research and cooperation with raw materials supplier
- Support for technical and sales department
- Participation in international development projects
YOUR SKILLS
- Master degree in chemical science
- Few years of relevant professional experience in coating, waterbased polymer technology is prefferable
- English on communicative level, polish is not obligatory
- IT skills (MS Office)
- Awareness of test methods and measurements
- Command of pigments and coating application
- Good project management
- Knowledge of paints and pigments market
- Must have a driver's license
- High mobility and willingness to travel
- High scientific, problem solving orientation
- Self-motivation, results orientation and curiosity
- Good communication skills
- An analytical approach, creativity and a scientific mindset
