The electronic labeling (eLabeling) Process Lead will be the BSC eLabeling business process analyst and SME within the Global Labeling department, as well as drive and manage eLabeling expansions across BSC. This employee will partner with the eLabeling Project Management Website Lead to drive strategy and coordination within the eLabeling program. The goal of the eLabeling Process Lead position is to dive deep into the eLabeling process, summarize and convert the complex world of eLabeling into clear, easy-to-understand, and efficient processes, and ensure BSC can successfully implement eLabeling as much as allowed per geographies and product type.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive eLabeling expansion across BSC
  • Support divisional teams on submissions and commercial releases implementing eLabeling
  • Summarize and convert complex information and process flows, into clear and concise documentation that supports BSC labeling processes
  • Identify and capture efficiency gains of global eLabeling process changes in the VIP system, as well as case studies for Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Own key global eLabeling process documents, with support from technical writers.
  • Communicate goals, initiatives, and successes with cross-functional stakeholders at a variety of levels (including communication such as newsletters, presentations, etc.)
  • Support literature configuration lifecycle management strategies, teams, and projects
  • Partner with key outside functions on eLabeling processes that interconnect with their function (distribution controls, safety nets, legal status, eLabeling verification, etc.)
Basic Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience leading projects or as a team member leading significant segments of projects
  • Background in Medical Device or Regulatory Industry
  • Strong organization and execution skills will be required, as well as a demonstrated ability to confidently handle the top responsibility for project completion
General Responsibilities
  • Manage, organize, and communicate project information, project activities, and status.
  • Develop storyboards and communication strategies to support the roll out of new or revised eLabeling processes
  • Coordinate complex process changes through effective management of own activities and those that are delegated to other contributors.
  • Manage project execution by executing tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans
  • Communicate project status by preparing standard status reports, and by participating in project status update meetings
  • Engage Learning and Development to ensure global training curriculums have the appropriate documents and task-based questions
  • Provide practical guidance to product teams through challenges they encounter in eLabeling processes and systems

  • Able to effectively communicate strategies and gain trust of others, resulting in ability to drive larger organizational goals.
  • Ability to work independently without direct oversight and supervision.
  • Demonstrates confidence and knowledge required to influence others resulting in the ability to drive work to completion (not as a direct report, but as a team member and/or peer).
