Job Description
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland, Oregon seeks a full-time faculty member to join the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). Applicants must be an MD eligible for licensure in Oregon, be board-eligible or certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and will have completed training in an approved REI Fellowship Program. The ideal candidate will have outstanding clinical expertise, along with a strong commitment to scholarly pursuits and the potential for academic accomplishment. Applicants should be committed to teamwork, and mentorship of faculty, trainees, and students. Physicians with proven skills in IVF and related technologies preferred.
Clinical responsibilities will include providing outstanding clinical care to patients of the University Hospital and Clinics and affiliated hospitals and clinics.
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology offers a wide range of opportunities to support research in basic and clinical science relevant to reproductive endocrinology and infertility, in clinical care and in teaching. Scholarly activity is expected.
This position includes participation in teaching and training of medical students, residents and fellows, in accordance with the teaching mission of OHSU and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
