- Lead and design assays for iPSC culture and development.
- Differentiate cells for types and therapeutic applications for clients.
- Develop methods to scale up and optimize production.
- Perform and validate cell based and QC assays.
- Create novel discoveries and research technologies to implement.
- Train and mentor junior associates as the team grows.
Requirements of the Scientist, Stem Cell:
- Ph.D in life science discipline with 2+ years laboratory experience.
- Must have hands on background with stem cells, iPSCs, or hiPSCs.
- Ability to troubleshoot, develop and perform cell based assays.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with aptitude for customer service.
