The Strategic Planning and Analytics Office (SPAO) is a key professional service delivering insight to a wide range of stakeholders to support evidence-based decision-making across the business. We are seeking an exceptional Strategy & Planning Manager to join our team.

You will lead a team of analysts delivering actionable insight to support CU Recruitment and Admissions Ltd (CURA) and the wider group. CURA is developing a new strategy to student recruitment to meet ambitious student recruitment goals while also establishing techniques that position Coventry University Group as a leading local, national, and international recruiter.

Our ideal candidate will be highly experienced in managing a team of analysts to transform and exploit data using a variety of business intelligence and predictive technologies. You may also bring prior experience of reporting within a recruitment and admissions environment. You will engage stakeholders, analyse possibilities to deliver robust business-focused insight.

A strong visual and verbal communicator, you will be capable of presenting your work to both technical and non-specialist audiences. You will build enhanced data literacy, reporting skills, and innovative solutions to delivering insight to support CURA's operational teams and strategic decision-making. You will have outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail and experience of working with complex datasets using business intelligence tools including Salesforce, Tableau CRM, Tableau, Alteryx, Experian Aperture and Business Objects (or similar), along with a sound understanding of data governance principles.
