(HE04) $64,961 to $71,203 per annum (pro rata) plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply.Fixed term, part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunity available for 12 months.The Regional Administration & Support Officer will work as part of the regional engagement team to develop and manage their identified area.
Children's University (CU) Adelaide coordinates student outreach through extra curricular learning activities and volunteering opportunities in primary and secondary schools in South Australia.
This role will assist the Children's University Regional Engagement team in the daily running of the CU initiative primarily in the Eyre Peninsula area, but also the Spencer Gulf area when required, and provide administrative, project and event support, to ensure that all Children's University standards and project milestones are achieved. The role will work closely with Children's University regional team members, providing high level customer service and assist with maintaining key stakeholder relationships and support the management of regional Public Learning Destinations and collect school data required for graduations.To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of high level administrative support including good organisational and time management skills, diligence and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and maintain efficient office management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proven commitment to collaborative and consultative styles of working and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as directed, and as a member of a team.
- Experience in working with regional communities and establishing strong regional networks. (Desirable)
