YOUR ROLE:

•Responsible for the smooth running of existing OCR, Enterprise Scan and VIM solutions (OpenText and ABBYY). Specifically for daily operational tasks on OCR servers (e.g., checking connections), VIM Solutions on SAP systems (e.g., configure new document types, workflow process administration) and Enterprise Scan Clients (e.g. updating scan profiles). Generally, secure stable and reliable operations but also ensure that systems are kept up-to-date (e.g., installing patches, authorizations)

•Work closely together with colleagues from SAP-Basis, VIM and Archiving to enable smooth scanning, OCR and VIM workflow operations.

•Process issues/incidents/CRs of OpenText, ABBYY and SAP Fiori Inbox 'MIB' (MyInBox) incl. integrations for approval tasks/workflows from different systems (SAP and non-SAP)

•Developing OCR solution based on OpenText and ABBYY

•Maintain/adjust OpenText, ABBYY and Fiori inbox 'MIB' layout, interfaces where required

YOUR SKILLS:

•Minimum Education Required: Vocational Training + Additional Systematical Qualification

•Area of Specialization: IT / Engineering or comparable studies

•Minimal Overall Experience Required: 3 years

•The candidate should have a technical background and SAP technical basic knowledge as well as first experience in service support and IT administration (e.g., analysing incidents, solve tickets and server administration). Experience in Service Now is advantageous as well as in SAP and archiving. The candidate should have experience with the applicable OpenText products and Windows OS

•The ability to work self-sufficient in teams, strong analytical and communication skills and coordination plus organization skills complete the profile. Fluent English is a must
