YOUR ROLE
  • Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
  • Prepare and execute technical visits such as meetings, audits, demonstrations of new products at customer sites (within Europe and occasionally globally)
  • Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes; cooperation and exchange with machine manufacturers and suppliers is part of the job
  • Coordinate and supervise laboratory work for samples coming from customers with following reporting of technical results
  • Contribute to the strategic cluster strategy by providing inputs on new trends and challenges at customers
  • Responsible for the delivery of technical training to field staff and customers
  • Give input to product development and customer projects, create project plans, and support the team in achieving project goals within specified timeframes
  • Directly communicate with sales, marketing, PD, innovation, members of TCS field team or project team members

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Ideally ca. 7 years relevant professional expertise in thermal management, power and industrial automation or telecom datacom solutions and applications, including dispensing equipment is a benefit
  • Experience in delivering technical training, coordinating staff, and developing technical concepts
  • Great team player with hands-on mentality
  • Digital affinity, initiative, willingness to change and innovate
  • Fluent English language skills, German is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally globally (up to 30-40%)
