YOUR ROLE

• Analyzing designing business, solution, and system requirements for Web, Social, Shop and CRM applications
• Interacting with project managers and key business stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of the needs and translate that knowledge to the rest of the Henkel dx implementation team
• Iteration planning, backlog refinement, creating user stories and story acceptance criteria
• Stakeholder management and being an interface between the program management team, business stakeholders and the project manager
• Agile project management is daily business
• Weighing business value and technical complexity for all needs is also in scope for the role

YOUR SKILLS

• Deep understanding of business and tech processes in tech driven companies
• At least 3 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English language skills
• Analytical, data-driven, and focused approach on efficiency and solutions
• Proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile when needed
• Always prepared and well-organized
