YOUR ROLE

• Identifies and drives Application Engineering strategy and resources for assigned segment/ technology
• Acts as technical business parnter on Global/Regional LTM decision-making body responsible for business results
• Is accountable for TCS Segment, Field/KAM, Business Development and Technical Center operations
• Drives customer intimacy at Henkel's top global customers within technology/segment
• Collaborates and leads globally on best practices, processes, tools across SBU and Adhesives
• Provides technical strategy and direction for SBU, key markets, applications, product lines,
• Key Accounts to achieve business goals
• Drives innovation pipeline and new to the world technologies
• Represents Henkel externally via presentations, publications, participation in industry and trade associations
• Creates structured training programs on technologies with global relevance
• Develops and manages global work teams to support key initiatives and programs
• Identifies relevant global industry/customer specifications and ensures Henkel compliance
• Identifies innovation partnerships with CVC's
• Identifies global market trends and needs including competitive threats
