SummaryThe Associate Director of the ARO will work directly with the Principal Investigators of the Multi-Site Research Studies managed by the ARO. This position reports to the Director of the ARO.
Required Qualifications•MD or PhD in related field, or equivalent experience.
•3 years of management experience in large research trials, with a minimum of two years of this experience in multi-site research management experience.
•Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes.
Preferred Qualifications•Certifications in research desirable.
•Membership in professional organizations desirable.
