YOUR ROLE
  • Leads and manages a team of engineers to implement projects and improvements in the area of responsibility
  • Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice to execute engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
  • Monitors KPIs for engineering processes, progress against project schedules, budgets, and recommends allocation of resources as required to accomplish goal
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise to be able to analyze technology, resources and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of project
  • Coordinates direct projects making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities, while driving continuous improvement of processes, quality and cost to maintain profitability and competitiveness
  • Support manufacturing operations by working with production management and direct manufacturing personnel in developing solutions to manufacturing problems
  • Promotes and enforces a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with applicable legislation and company policies and procedures

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of five (5) years' work experience in manufacturing is highly preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years in people management is highly preferred
  • Knowledge in CAD, PLC programming, and MS Office are required
  • Good communication skills in Korean and English are required
