We seek an investigator interested in establishing and maintaining a vigorous, extramurally funded research program in Cancer Biology and Therapy. The research track at Coriell provides an employment opportunity equivalent to the tenure track at Academic Universities, and successful applicants will be provided with a competitive salary and start-up package. All research faculty at Coriell receive the full support of the Institute's state-of-the-art research resources, including but not limited to comprehensive IT support; biomedical research core facilities; and a fully staffed Research Office to assist with administration.

The Coriell Institute for Medical Research is located in Camden, NJ, well within the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. The Institute is an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) research institute dedicated to the study of human diseases, and Coriell research faculty's expertise spans genomics, epigenomics, cancer, stem cells, aging, and opioid addition. Coriell is strongly committed to scientific research, currently housing 20 Ph.D.-level scientists who receive the full support of the Institute's state-of-the-art research resources. For additional information about the Institute, please visit the Coriell website at www.coriell.org.

Applicants must possess a Ph.D., M.D., or an equivalent degree in a biological discipline, and the successful applicant will have demonstrated a potential for excellence in research, including demonstration of the ability to secure extramural funds. Interested candidates should send a cover letter stating area(s) of expertise and qualifications; synopsis of accomplishments and professional goals; research/teaching interests; curriculum vitae; and contact information, including e-mail addresses for three references, to Dr. Jaroslav Jelinek at jjelinek@coriell.org.
