As Service Transition Lead (Professional Services) you will be accountable for leading the effective transition of new products and services from project and development activity into the Business as Usual (BAU) support whilst also maintaining operational and business continuity.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring IT delivers on the University's strategic aims and objectives, through the implementation of world-class technology solutions.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a skilled IT professional, with the ability to engage and influence key business stakeholders. You will also be proficient at managing conflicting demands of supporting transformational change and business continuity through an operational leadership skillset.
