Esthetician Instructor

Milan Institute of Cosmetology - Palm Desert, CA campus is seeking Esthetician Instructors to mentor, teach and motivate our students.
*Job Responsibilities *
We are seeking an Esthetician Instructor to lead and teach our growing student body. Job duties include:
* Teaching, mentoring, motivating and coaching all students on the clinic floor and in the classroom, using company approved curriculum
* Preparing students to pass the State Board exam
* Ensuring compliance with State Board rules
* Participate in various administrative duties (such as attend faculty meetings, accurately record grades and attendance and counsel students)
*Job Requirements and Qualifications *
* High School diploma or GED preferred
* Esthetician license per state requirement
* Minimum of 3-5 Esthetician experience
* Prior teaching experience preferred
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
* Computer skills necessary
*Hybrid Schedule - Position is partly remote. *
*Availability: *Day and Evening positions
