Midway University invites applicants for a fulltime faculty position in Equine Studies in the School of Business, Equine and Sport Management.
Duties: As a faculty member, the successful candidate will develop and teach courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels; courses will be taught both in face-to-face and online formats. All faculty are expected to advise students, serve on committees, be engaged in campus life, and maintain currency in the field. Research in the field is encouraged, but not required. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and work cooperatively.
* Doctorate in Equine or Animal Science or related field, or DVM with equine experience required. ABD applicants will be considered.
* Must have expertise in equine science/studies.
* Higher education experience preferred.
