Adjunct Instructor in Forensic Accounting

The School of Business at Elizabethtown College invites applications for an in-person adjunct position in Accounting to teach Forensic Accounting classes for the Spring 2022 semester. The position would begin January 1, 2022 and possibly continue into future semesters depending on staffing needs.
We offer B.S. degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Financial Economics, Marketing, and Business Analytics, as well as a B.A. in Economics. We provide students with cutting-edge business skills, a personalized learning experience, and strong ties with the business community. The candidate is expected to exemplify these values.
The School of Business is accredited by ACBSP Global and consists of 10 full-time faculty members and several industry professionals. We are located in the James B. Hoover Center for Business, a modern facility that hosts smart classrooms; a 95-seat lecture hall; collaborative spaces for networking, team building, and group study; and a finance lab with a Bloomberg Terminal. Required QualificationsQualified candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, or a related field, and have relevant business experience. Master's degree is preferred; CPA licensing is a plus. Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate teaching excellence and a student-centric orientation. They are also expected to uphold the values of Elizabethtown College (see below) and have a demonstrated commitment to undergraduate liberal arts teaching.
