Are you solution-focused, with an interest in reviewing and improving processes?

You will manage colleagues in the Postgraduate Research (PGR) Admissions Service, its workload and processes and lead the team to provide an excellent service to our applicants.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the workload of a busy team, providing training and coaching to team members, subject matter expertise and ongoing review of systems and processes to meet changing needs. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Student Recruitment to share good practice and facilitate continuous improvement to the applicant journey.
