(HEO7) $89,399 - $99,987 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply.

Full-time continuing position available from July 2022.

Build strategic and proactive partnerships with academics and higher degree students to deliver library support for the University's research, teaching and learning activities.

The successful applicants will lead outreach and engagement activities within their allocated faculty or school, and will proactively build collaborative relationships across the University. The promotion of priority services and delivering against the Library's Research Support Framework and Learning and Teaching Principles will be fundamental to this role.

To be successful you will need:
  • An understanding of contemporary and emerging pedagogical practice, digital capabilities and graduate attributes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of emerging trends in open access publishing and scholarly communication, impact measurements and research data management.
  • Experience in designing, leading and evaluating engaging information and research skills programs.
  • Proven ability to proactively build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
