Position Summary: We are seeking core faculty, Assistant/Associate Professor Rank, to contribute to the growth and direction of our innovative Clinical Psychology (PsyD) program. We are offering half-time appointments. We are particularly interested in continuing to grow the diversity of our community, and enthusiastically welcome applications from members of groups that are underrepresented in higher education. Successful candidates will join a community who shares a passion for social justice and for working with underserved populations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Half-time core faculty teach 2-3 courses per academic year. Faculty also serve as primary academic and dissertation advisors for students, as well as participate in Institute governance through committee membership and other projects. In addition, faculty members are expected to be actively involved in the delivery of mental health services (e.g., through a part-time clinical job or private practice) and pursue individual research and/or other forms of scholarship.

- Doctoral degree in psychology.
- Licensed or license-eligible in California.
- Experience in the practice and teaching of psychodynamic psychotherapy.
