YOUR ROLE

• Implement best practice for process engineering across assigned processes with technology Process Engineering team across regions and Global
• Prepare a prioritised roadmap together with regional management for gap closure to best in class in the region.
• Lead the product transfer of new products from pilot plant to production plant
• Optimise yield for a reactive chemical process by working with production and R&D
• Improve process to optimise OEE, predictive quality, Predictive Maintenance and sustainability.
• Ensure best in class Process Engineering standards are implemented for new projects keeping in mind economic viability.
• Participation in global exchange of best practice as well in a regional Process Engineering Network

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Mechanical or Process Engineering
• Work experience 3-5 years' experience in Process Engineering in chemical or pharmaceutical industry or equivalent
• Excellent innovation, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent Communication, Presentation and Relationship Building skills.
• A team player who also has the ability to work on their own initiative.
