Fixed term position for 12 months

Fantastic opportunity to support postgraduate research students and academics in the administration of HDR scholarships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high level support for matters relating to higher degree by research scholarship administration including the selection of awardees and establishment of new scholarships.

To be successful you will need:
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and advise on legislation, administrative policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Demonstrated resilience, initiative and ability to manage and complete diverse tasks within a pressured environment.
  • Proven interpersonal and negotiating skills to work constructively as part of a team and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present information orally and in writing to a variety of audiences.

The successful candidate should be organised with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
