Are you self-motivated, with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills?
Do you have the ability to provide high level PA support?
Do you enjoy working with a wide range of different people?
As first point of contact for our School Office, you will provide comprehensive and flexible administrative support to our Head of School and senior academics who hold Senior School, Faculty or University roles.
You will have substantial experience as a PA to senior management and possess excellent organisational, IT and communication skills. You will be a strong team player and have the ability to exercise initiative and work independently. The ability to multitask and coordinate activities is essential as well as carefully prioritising workloads to meet deadlines/demand and to deliver the highest of quality under pressure.
Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload accurately, and with versatility, including electronic diary management and correspondence management.
