Full time starting salary is normally in the range £42,149 to £50,296, with potential progression once in post to £56,587.

The University of Birmingham are looking to bolster their Business Analysis Practice to support our current portfolio of activities and the delivery of the underpinning digital strategy.

Main duties
  • Provide a full lifecycle Business Analysis Service through the lens of discovery, design, development and delivery
  • Support the development of business cases to establish viability of opportunities
  • Define processes from both the As-Is and To-Be perspectives
  • Own the requirements engineering (elucidation, analysis documentation and management) process for portfolios of activities
  • Facilitate the design of solutions that meet or exceed the expectations of customer
  • Contribute to the development of solutions that deliver to time, cost and quality parameter
  • Evaluate direct and indirect stakeholder's interest and influence
  • Conduct internal and external environment scanning
  • Collaborate on the implementation of the wider business change lifecycle
  • Establish business performance management metrics
  • Assist in benefits realisation activities
