Mapi Research Trust (MRT) looking for a Research Associate II to join their talented team in Lyon. MRT is the industry's most subscribed library of Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs), with exclusive distribution of over 330 families of validated questionnaires, including licensing of COA services used by commercial, academic and regulatory research organizations.

Overview of the role:
• Perform targeted literature reviews-search available information on a specific topic as defined by the client, focused on Clinical Outcome Assessments by using different sources
• Create and maintain a working relationship with the client to promote client satisfaction,operational and customer service excellence.
• Proceed to scientific data extraction and entry in the databases, according to customer and organization needs.
• Develop proposals to meet time, quality and financial expectations.
• Continuously improve the database content and structure, so that the DB is as accurate and comprehensive as appropriate, and the user experience is facilitated.
• Responsible for the development of the Project Management Plan (PMP), study specific procedures and other study documents related to proactively management study status.

You will need:
• Ideally a Master's degree in Life sciences or related subject.
• Understanding of scientific methodologies and clinical studies with relevant experience in academic, industry or CRO setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a matrix environment; able to provide leadership, facilitate teamwork, communication, and optimize team productivity.
• Professional liaison skills for developing and maintaining successful partnership relationship with clients.
• Proven ability to lead by example and successfully motivate and direct cross functional, culturally diverse projects and project teams.
• Proven ability to handle challenging situations, multiple tasks and conflicting deliverables while maintaining motivation of teams across numerous projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Project, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Proficient written and spoken English-language skills.
