YOUR ROLE
  • Enhance the current Vulnerability Management process and infrastructure
  • Act as a champion for vulnerability management including broadening awareness and integration with other business areas
  • Provide prompt attention and visibility into risks, vulnerabilities, and issues serving as an escalation path for team member effectiveness
  • Be able to identify and assess the potential impact from vulnerabilities specific to Henkel's environment, and determine and implement mitigating controls
  • Serve as subject matter expert related to vulnerability management and secure configuration
  • Provide mentorship, coaching and support to team members with regard to vulnerability assessment, communication/rapport with other divisions and various levels of leadership, technical expertise

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in cyber security, computer science, or engineering
  • 6-8 years of broad professional experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with industry standard security best practices and vulnerability management processes including compliance reporting
  • Experience with migratory efforts around security platforms
  • Broad knowledge across several technical domains including Endpoint Security, Incident response, Systems Management, Systems Administration, Utility Scripting (e.g. Chef, Ansible, bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python, etc.)
  • Experience in Windows, and Linux based troubleshooting of servers, tools, and virtualmachine support with a focus on security and vulnerability prevention and remediation
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical resources
