We are seeking a highly motivated and creative research associate to join our experienced drug discovery and development team evaluating novel therapies for cancer and other diseases. The candidate will have a background in biology and will focus on flow cytometry screens for novel medicines. This candidate will also work closely with team members in our research programs in other ways, depending on their skillsets.

Experience
  • Bachelor's/Master's in a field of Biology (immunology, oncology, cell biology) with 2+ years research experience in an academic or industrial setting
  • Hands-on laboratory experience with multi-color flow cytometry, tissue culture and other similar techniques highly desirable


Role responsibilities
  • Maintain and help generate a broad number of cell lines
  • Run flow cytometry-based screening assays in a team environment
  • Be an effective team player in a collaborative matrix-working environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to share results to the team
  • Be a strong individual contributor, flexible, innovative and deliver results in a timely manner
