Department Nursing Job Purpose

The University of Scranton Department of Nursing invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track, open rank position with a focus in the area of Adult Health, beginning in August 2022. Responsibilities include both classroom and clinical teaching, along with expectations for scholarship and service.

Additional Skills Required

Must be eligible for or currently hold licensure to practice nursing in Pennsylvania.

Minimum Education Requirements

A graduate degree in Nursing. A research doctorate in nursing from an accredited institution is preferred. Applicants who are doctoral candidates (ABD) may also be considered for the position.

Teaching experience and recent clinical experience are preferred.
