YOUR ROLE

• Support Lean responsible in plant improvements in promoting contious improvement culture
• Implement HPS standards
• Run continuous improvements plant workshops
• Identify potential improvements and support for their implementation
• Manage training plant planning
• Supports processes/operations in continues improvement of the respective Henkel team
• Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations

YOUR SKILLS

• Industrial engineer or similar educational background
• 1-2 years of professional experience related of Lean and optimization of industrial processes
• Fluent level of English
• Good Microsoft user
• Experience in industrial environment and better in automotive
• Additional Lean training will be assessed (six sigma, kaizen,..)
• Good attitude and motivation to change and optimize processes in a production environment
