The role

The School of Physiology, Pharmacology, and Neuroscience at the University of Bristol is seeking to appoint to a position on our teaching-focussed pathway (PW3). The successful applicant is expected to have a track record of teaching physiology, pharmacology and/or neuroscience at undergraduate level and is likely to have experience in teaching statistics appropriate to the Biomedical Sciences. The successful applicant will join a collegial, supportive department with an innovative teaching environment and a passion for excellence in research and teaching.

What will you be doing?

The successful candidates will assume responsibility for development and delivery of teaching along with an appropriate share of teaching administration. They will be expected to interact effectively with other academic colleagues within and across subject areas and with external partners. The successful applicants will have experience in teaching at undergraduate level. All candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to innovate in their teaching with a particular focus in teaching in the blended environment.
