X4 Life Sciences are working with a cutting-edge robotics manufacturer based in Austin, TX who are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their growing team! This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position (4 days on-site, 1 day remote).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual interested in molding the culture within a fast-growing startup and in making a tremendous impact on the release and roadmap of their entire medical device portfolio. In this position, you'll be empowered to drive design assurance, verification and validation and operations activities to ensure safe and reliable devices reach their customers.

They're offering a generous salary of up to $120,000 and a 10% bonus on top of that. Furthermore, all staff received raises between 10% and 25% last year so as they grow there's a great opportunity for your salary to grow alongside! Responsibilities
- Support new product introduction with product design transfer efforts, supporting process verifications and validations
- Conduct quality assurance tests and perform analyses to ensure product compliance
- Develop, modify, maintain QMS procedures
- Support nonconformance investigations & FDA/ISO audits
Qualifications
- 4+ years' of medical device industry experience
- Knowledge of IEC 62304 / IEC 60601 / ISO 13485 standards
- Experience of risk analysis / risk management (ISO 14971)
- Experience of the design / verification / validation stages of the product lifecycle
