YOUR ROLE
  • Plan and conduct product developments in the area of flexible packaging
  • Coordinate independently all processes for development and qualification and ensure full documentation
  • Coordinate and execute all processes for all Cost of Good measures
  • Interact actively with other functions like purchasing, marketing, application engineering etc. as well as customers and business partners
  • Participate in trade fairs and events and manage complaints
  • Use digital tools actively and ensure smooth lab operations

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemistry or other relevant field
  • 5 years of experiences in polymer science or organic chemistry, preferrably with polyurethane knowledge
  • High affinity for using digital tools
  • Strong presentation skills (internal & external presentations)
  • Strong team player with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in English
