YOUR ROLE
- Plan and conduct product developments in the area of flexible packaging
- Coordinate independently all processes for development and qualification and ensure full documentation
- Coordinate and execute all processes for all Cost of Good measures
- Interact actively with other functions like purchasing, marketing, application engineering etc. as well as customers and business partners
- Participate in trade fairs and events and manage complaints
- Use digital tools actively and ensure smooth lab operations
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemistry or other relevant field
- 5 years of experiences in polymer science or organic chemistry, preferrably with polyurethane knowledge
- High affinity for using digital tools
- Strong presentation skills (internal & external presentations)
- Strong team player with good analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English
