YOUR ROLE
- Development of new and support of existing products (e.g. polyurethane tank adhesives) through independent work in the laboratory in consultation with project management
- Development of new formulations
- Supporting product-relevant decisions in production and quality assurance
- Summary and internal communication of results
- Analysis of complaints, reclamations and alternative raw materials
- Ensuring compliance as well as laboratory safety
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (d/f/m)
- At least 6 years of experience with polyurethanes or related reactive adhesive systems
- Experience with product stewardship
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English language skills, German is an advantage
