We are looking for an experienced Insight professional to lead the Insight function at the University of Salford. This cross-Directorate role will bring together both market and customer insight to encompass the full student journey. As Head of Customer and Market Insight, you'll undertake work across 5 key areas:

• Student recruitment
• Student Voice
• Course portfolio
• Admissions
• Marketing & Communications
