Description: The College of Arts and Science and College of Engineering at The Ohio State University anticipate two tenure-track appointments at all ranks, effective Autumn 2022, in the research area of Quantum Information Science and Technology (QIST). We envision a candidate with strong potential for providing leadership in team building and who can rally faculty across campus toward large collaborative research efforts in QIST. While all areas of QIST are under consideration, thrusts in Quantum Networking, experimentalists, and measurements of quantum information systems are of particular interest.

Qualifications: Candidates with an established research record are invited to apply. We are seeking candidates who, in addition to building their independent research program, will have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates must hold a PhD in a closely related field. Appointment is contingent on the university's verification of credentials and other information required by law and/or university policies, including but not limited to a criminal background check.
