Sign on bonuses are available to RN's with 1 or more years of RN experience
\n\n
Lakeside 20 - Medical Surgical floor with mostly medical patients. Considered an AgeWise and Acute Care of the Elderly (ACE) unit.
\n\n
Lakeside 50 - Medical-Surgical unit that admits patients with various diagnosis, and those that require telemetry observation.-
\n\n
Lakeside 55 - Medical Surgical floor that primarily consists of a Gastroenterology and Liver patient population. In addition to these specialized digestive health populations
\n\n
Lakeside 60 - Medical Surgical Floor specializing in Geriatrics and Trauma
\n\n
Lerner Tower 3 - Adult telemetry unit serving primarily postop cardiac and thoracic surgery patients
\n\n
Lerner Tower 4 - Medical-Surgical adult inpatient care division and a Neuro Intermediate Care Unit providing care for primarily Neurology and Neurosurgical patients
\n\n
Lerner Tower 5 - Medical-Cardiology, adult-inpatient care division. Certified by the Joint Commission for care of patients with Heart Failure and Ventricular Assistive Devices
\n\n
Lerner Tower 6 - Medical-Surgical adult inpatient care division providing care for the specialty populations below.
\n\n
Lerner Tower 7 - Adult Medical Surgical Department specializing in Vascular and General Neurology. All 30 beds have the capability to have continuous telemetry monitoring
\n\n
Lerner Tower 8 -Adult Med/Surg unit that specializes in Infectious Disease, Medically Complex patients and Cystic Fibrosis patients w/Cepacia. There is also up to 20 Telemetry patients on the unit at a time. New Innovative products like hand held computers and new lifts are being utilized. The Care Delivery Model is a Team Approach involving a Clinical Resource Nurse, RN, and UAP

Lerner Tower 9 - surgical floor specializing in the care of solid organ transplant patients. This includes liver kidney and pancreas pre and postoperative patients. Additionally, Tower 9 provides care to post -operative Bariatric patients
\n\n

\nQualifications

Position Requirements:
\nThorough knowledge of nursing process and practice.
\nUses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices.
\n1 year RN experience preferred.
\n\n

\n\nEducation Requirements:
\nBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited program preferred.
\nMinimum of Diploma/Associate's Degree in nursing from accredited program.
\n \n\nLicense Requirements:
\nRegistered nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio.
\nCurrent BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
