YOUR ROLE

• Support the license Management team with administrative, and quality-control tasks to set-up a software asset management tool and migrate the existing solution
• Run and maintain IT assets and Keep the IT environment stable, secure and up-to-date
• Execute change management process, handle incidents and bugs fixing
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Informatics
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent English speaker
• Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• ITIL Foundation version 4 is a plus
• Expertise in System Administration, preferably for ServiceNow and Programming (Java)
