Fixed term, full time position available immediately until March 2023.

Seeking a team player who will apply their service-oriented approach to the provision of high-quality admissions administrative activity.

Working under general direction, the Academic Assessment Officer is responsible for the provision of high-quality administration of admissions academic assessment activity for international coursework programs. This team base role will liaise with prospective students, academic and professional colleagues to administer and drive continuous improvement to the end to end process for borderline and advance standing assessments.

To be successful you will need:
  1. Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of admissions administration, preferably in a higher education environment.
  2. Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer services, processing high volumes of data in a timely and accurate manner and monitoring, improving and maintaining databases.
  3. Proven high level organisational skills including strong attention to detail and the ability, complete tasks end to end and to meet deadlines.
  4. Proven ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
  5. Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
