Continuing position, full time position available immediately.

Working under limited direction, the Operations Team Leader will manage and oversee the day-day activities of the Operations team to deliver customer service and sales, finance, course scheduling, systems, facilities, administration, and course delivery.

The position will also provide management of staff within the PACE Operations team and provide high-level oversight of PACE projects.

The position will be required to enable effective engagement with staff (leadership and line management) and stakeholders, as well as the preparation of complex project documentation, including development of budgets, financial reporting (in conjunction with the Business Services Manager), processes and procedures, system analytics, and recommendations related to future state requirements.

To be successful you will need:
  1. Sound knowledge of project management principles and practices, budgetary frameworks and financial reporting.
  2. A demonstrated ability to work strategically and manage programs, events or complex projects in a busy environment.
  3. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team and proven ability to work as part of a team.
  4. Experience in analysing market trends and developing key stakeholder relationships and new business opportunities.
  5. Demonstrated high level systems and system management skills and computing skills, i.e. Word, Excel and database management.
