Help lead enhanced student engagement

We are seeking a creative communications practitioner to work in a highly collaborative environment to support the reinvigoration of student engagement. They will provide advice and guidance in communications planning and then lead the development and delivery of current student communication.

This role works within the Student Experience Portfolio which is responsible for providing services that deliver an excellent student experience. Fundamental to the role will be delivering outbound student engagement that is clear, concise and delivered in a timely manner via the appropriate channel.

To be successful you will need:
  • Experience in the development of communications specific to different audiences (current students, management, stakeholder groups) using appropriate channels (email, social media, reports, publications etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including effective communication of ideas, plans and best practices, to broad stakeholder groups.
  • Sound analytical skills, and the ability to report on operational performance.
  • Strong customer focus and knowledge of customer experience and/or service design best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a specific outcome.
