The Lead, Domestic Undergraduate Recruitment will lead the Domestic Undergraduate Recruitment team and portfolio in the Domestic Recruitment function.

This role is responsible for developing and executing the university's undergraduate school leaver and non-school leaver recruitment plans, with the intent to drive first preference demand and grow local market share. Key markets serviced include senior secondary schools and influencers, year 11 and 12 students, and adult learner audiences.

We are seeking to attract an energetic, service-focused people leader who can balance strategic and operational outcomes, and develop meaningful stakeholder relationships.

On occasion, this role will be required to present to the various learner and stakeholder audiences. Intra and interstate travel may also be required.

To be successful you will need:
  • Demonstrated ability in leading teams or people
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to express complex matters in an accurate and concise form.
  • Experience in delivering engaging presentations to various market segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong customer-centred approach and service delivery skills.
