Suffolk University Law School is delighted to announce the opportunity to serve as our new Dean of Admission.

The leader of our admissions team will have the opportunity to leverage Suffolk Laws unparalleled strength in practical skills training to attract outstanding, promising and diverse law students. For example, we are the only law school in the nation ranked in the top 20% in all U.S. News skills categories for seven years in a row. (This year, the rankings included Legal Writing at #4, Clinics at #15, Trial Advocacy at #21, and Dispute Resolution at #22.) Moreover, our overall U.S. News ranking has climbed 45 spots in the last 7 years, the fourth fastest rise of any law school in the nation during that time. Suffolk Law is also a leader in legal tech, having twice been named the top school in the nation in that area by preLaw Magazine (2018 and 2021).

Our strengths have contributed to a dramatic 8-point rise in our median LSAT score over the last 7 years, and we have seen a 40% increase in applications relative to two years ago. We also have reported our strongest employment outcomes in more than 30 years.

This opportunity to be a part of the Law Schools dynamic, diverse team requires a leader with a highly successful record of results-oriented achievements in all aspects of admissions, such as developing strategies for applicant growth, thinking creatively about marketing, making data-driven decisions about scholarships, increasing the diversity of applicants and enrollees, and reducing the melt of deposited students. A J.D. is recommended but not required.

We encourage you to apply for the opportunity to join Suffolk Law as we continue to advance the Law School and the success of our graduates!
