Candidates must have a PhD in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Management, Industrial and Labor Relations, Organizational Communication, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field. Candidates should also be pursuing a high-quality research program with the objective of publishing in top-tier management journals, such asAcademy of Management Journal,Academy of Management Review,Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, andOrganizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. Research support in the department is excellent, including a one-semester, third-year research sabbatical, a computerized behavioral lab, a departmental subject pool, research and teaching assistants, and research grant opportunities. Candidates must also demonstrate potential for high-quality teaching. Primary teaching responsibility is in organizational behavior, human resource management, or ethics at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels. The teaching load will be three courses per year until tenure, and junior faculty are given minimal service requirements.
