Job Description
Position Summary:
Innovative Biopharmaceutical company is pursuing Scientist II - Analytical Development.
Develops, qualifies, and transfers GC, HPLC and mass spectrometric based CMC assays (sequence verification, impurity characterization, structure confirmation) for new molecules entering development.
Identifies impurity profiles and provides data to set impurity limits for molecules in development.
Performs testing of late development siRNA s candidates and their formulations for their characterization.
Authors and reviews method development reports and authors SOP s for test methods.
Contributes to characterization, analytical and stability sections
Requirements:
BS or Master in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or related disciplines
Can be flexible on years of experience if background experience is strong
4+ years industrial experience
Hands on experience with HPLC and Mass Spectrometric methods
Familiarity with Waters and Agilent HPLC hardware and software
