A growing clinical stage biotech is actively seeking a highly motivated senior research associate with an understanding of analytical development and experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design, execution, and analysis of laboratory experiments supporting the Analytical development of CAR T cell assays
- Characterize and asses the function of CAR T cells using multicolor flow cytometry
- Produce multicolor panels used in flow cytometry analysis of CAR T cells
- Perform experiments alongside scientists that support analytical development of CAR T cells in vitro
- Collaborate with team members in the advancement of company programs
Qualifications:
- BS in Biology or Biology related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience or MS with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with aseptic technique
- An understanding of mammalian cell culture
- Experience with multicolor flow cytometry
