Teaching Instructor/Teaching Assistant Professor of Piano Pedagogy

The School of Music invites applications for the position of Teaching Instructor/Teaching Assistant Professor of Piano Pedagogy. This is a non-tenure track, 9-month, Fixed Term, benefits-eligible appointment. Responsibilities: oversee the undergraduate class piano program; teach selected class piano sections; supervise graduate assistants; teach undergraduate and graduate piano pedagogy courses; participate in the school-wide/departmental meetings and piano-area events; actively engage with local and regional piano teachers and music teaching organizations; pursue appropriate research activities and provide service to the university community. Other duties as assigned.
